How we Worship
Worship is a simple, personal response to
God's truth, based on inner attitude. We feel that music plays a vital role
in our worship to God as we sing from our hearts unto the Lord. We welcome a
variety of musicians to our worship teams so that all with the desire and
talent can participate. If you are a singer or instrumentalist,
opportunities are available to be involved in our music ministry. Our
worship teams rotate every few weeks so we are always having a "fresh"
worship experience.

How we Serve
Every believer possesses a "spiritual gift" with which to serve the Lord. In
our church you are encouraged to use your gifts to serve Him in areas that
interest you
be it music, teaching or helping to improve the facility. Come and experience the you of serving God with us.
How we Give
Every believer is a member of the
body of Christ. Giving of money is worship to God — an acknowledgment of His
provisions in our lives. Personal grace giving is taught, no legalistic
system is followed. Our God is not a beggar. Money is never made an issue in
our church. The Lord directs each believer to give the right amount with the
right attitude.
How we Teach
You can learn God’s Word here! We teach the Bible as God's Word, emphasizing
verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter study. Our pastor teaches from personal
study of the Scriptures. People bring their own Bibles to church and study
along, often taking notes for later reference. The result: God's people are
being fed spiritual food from the Word of God! Just as a seed grows into a
plant by being watered and fertilized, so we grow into spiritual maturity
from our feeding on the Word of God.
How we Learn
In these changing times we need to know what we believe and why we believe
it. There are God-given answers and practical solutions for the issues we
face today. That is why we stress knowing your Bible and studying it
closely: seeing who said it, to whom it was said, why, and when, thus
acknowledging God's progressive revelation to mankind. The Word rightly
divided both practically and theologically holds the answer.

Our name, GRACE BIBLE CHURCH, says
it all! We aim to learn about God and how He is part of our lives from the
Bible in an open, refreshing context of grace: what God has done for us on
the basis of His great love. We believe that we need other believers at
church to strengthen our Christian walk. We are a non-denominational
community church, fellowshipping with other believers in Christ regardless
of past or present denomination.
A little history...
GRACE BIBLE CHURCH began in 1956 as a home Bible study and grew up into a
church which met in Westminster. In the late 60’s we met in the Church of
Reflections at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, holding Sunday School
classes in the covered wagons. As progress marched on and Knott’s prepared
to charge admission to the grounds, we moved to our present location, where
we’ve been since 1969. As the neighborhood changed we changed too, and are
happy to reflect the community which we serve. In the last few years our
church has "come alive."
