Without Leadership, our church would not exist. The bills would not be
paid, the broken things would not be repaired and most importantly - the
Body would not be fed! (spiritually, that is) We need our leaders to guide,
protect and support the flock. This page is dedicated to them as a small
thanks for their dedication to our Lord and Savior!! God Bless those who
praise His name.
An elder must be blameless, the husband of but one wife, a man whose children
believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient. Since an
overseer is entrusted with God's work, he must be blameless--not
overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not
pursuing dishonest gain. Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is
good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. He must hold
firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can
encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it." (Titus
1:6-9)
Pastor Phillip commenced his ministry here November 23, 2008 with his wife, Antoinette, and daughter, Charne.
Their son, Ruan, is in college in New York and their daughter, Marizka Davis, is in Indiana
with her husband Brandon Davis.
Before coming to Anaheim he was Pastor of Grace Church Indianapolis for 7 years. Prior to that he was Pastor of Grace Berean Church, Pretoria,

South Africa and worked for several large newspapers. The experience
he had in the newspaper and publishing industry has helped him tremendously in

bulletins, magazines, posters etc. for both his church and other local
ministries.
Pastor Phillip was a member of a Gospel
singing group called "Logos" The group ministered in various churches
and also released an "LP" record and had about seven television
appearances. He subsequently released a solo CD with 12 songs on it.
In 1989 he was ordained as a minister by
The Fellowship of Berean Churches a Grace organization started in Port
Elizabeth, his home town in the southern part of South Africa.
